About the Role As an Independent Cleaning Professional, you will be responsible for: Performing thorough cleaning of homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sweeping Deep-cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-use areas Changing bed linens and making beds Emptying garbage and recycling bins Tidying and organizing rooms for a polished appearance Following detailed checklists to ensure consistent quality Working alongside new team members to support quality and consistency Who We''re Looking For Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards Experience in residential or commercial cleaning, hospitality, or similar fields is an asset Punctual, reliable, and professional in all aspects of the role Comfortable using mobile apps to manage bookings and communication Clear communication skills and fluency in English Availability Monday to Friday, with occasional last-minute bookings Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone Getting Started A professional cleaning kit is required to begin. We offer a premium starter kit for $200 (interest-free payment plans available). A credit card on file is required. Weekly supply costs average $15 for contractors working 35 hours per week.
