Hybrid Role 3 Days In-Clinic (GTA), 2 Days Remote Full-Time Position | Application Deadline: Tuesday, January 27, 2026 Join a progressive and supportive family medicine practice offering a balanced hybrid NP role: 3 days per week in clinic providing direct patient care 2 days per week remote, focused on inbox management and phone-based patient support You''ll be working closely with physicians and joining an established clinical team that includes another NP. This is a team-based, collaborative environment that values evidence-based care, clinical efficiency, and meaningful patient relationships. This is not a virtual clinic position. You''ll be part of a physician-led family medicine practice, not a high-volume telehealth service; allowing you to deliver continuity of care in a supportive and professionally rewarding setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide in-clinic assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care Manage inbox tasks (lab results, clinical messages, documentation) Conduct patient follow-ups and phone consultations as needed Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members in a structured environment Deliver care aligned with evidence-based clinical guidelines and practice standards Participate in clinical research activities as part of your NP role No prior research experience requiredtraining and certification provided during work hours All research activity is within NP scope of practice What We''re Looking For: Registered Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed in Ontario Experience in family medicine or outpatient care preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient focus Committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care Comfortable with EMRs and virtual communication tools A self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment What We Offer: Full-time position with a structured 3/2 hybrid schedule Competitive compensation based on experience In-house onboarding and training, including clinical research certification A respectful, progressive workplace with opportunities for long-term professional growth Important: There is only one full-time NP position available, and we anticipate high interest.
