Job Overview We are a modern, patient-focused dental clinic located in Niagara Falls, seeking a dedicated friendly, and detail-oriented Dental Administrator/ Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will support the clinical team by preparing patients files, greeting and checking in patients, scheduling, confirming and managing patient appointments. Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls and submitting insurance claims. Candidates with the ability to assist clinically as a Certified Dental Assistant will be given a strong preference, as this flexibility is considered as assist to a dental clinic. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about dental health and patient care to grow their skills in a professional environment. Prior experience with dental software Abeldent is an asset, but not a requirement. The position is paid and suitable for those committed to providing exceptional patient experiences. Qualifications & Duties Greet & Check-in patients Schedule, confirm & manage patients appointments Handle incoming/outgoing, calls, emails and patients inquires efficiently Schedule referral appointments Process insurance claims, billings, and payments Manage insurance correspondence Knowledge of dental software Abeldent Assist chairside as a Dental Assistant when required. HARP Certified Professional appearance and positive attitude Skills Strong organizational skills to manage patient records efficiently Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members Abel to work in a fast-paced office Multi-tasking while presenting a high-level of professionalism Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and procedures in a fast-paced environment This role is integral to delivering high-quality dental care while supporting the overall efficiency of our practice.
