We are looking for a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with medical aesthetics experience to join our expanding team. This is a junior-level role, ideal for someone who has hands-on medical spa experience and wants a long-term career path in cosmetic nursing. About the Role: You will perform a range of medical aesthetic treatments, support consultations, maintain clinical standards, and work closely with senior medical staff. Injectables are not required for this role but are a major growth opportunity for successful candidates who want to advance. Responsibilities: Perform medical aesthetic treatments: IPL, Laser Hair Removal, skin resurfacing, body contouring, fat freezing, chemical peels, microneedling, facials, and more Educate clients on treatment plans, pre-/post-care, and homecare Maintain accurate charting and documentation in EMR Conduct daily follow-up calls and client check-ins Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and compliant Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Support monthly goals (treatment sales, retail, memberships) Provide a friendly, professional, and high-quality client experience Qualifications: RPN license (required) 12 years of experience in a medical spa or medical aesthetic clinic (required) Experience performing common aesthetic treatments (peels, microneedling, lasers, facials, etc.) Strong client-care and communication skills Team-oriented and reliable Injectables course is an asset, not required Willingness to grow, learn, and participate in mentorship/training Interest in progressing toward advanced aesthetic nursing Compensation & Benefits Full-time, permanent role Competitive hourly wage Tips and commission structure Extended health benefits Dental benefits Career advancement pathway with New You Academy Hands-on mentorship for injectables (for selected candidates) Schedule 8-hour shifts In-person only Experience Medical Aesthetics / Medical Spa: 2 years (required) This role is also knows as: RPN, Aesthetic Nurse, Cosmetic Nurse, Medical Aesthetician, Nurse Injector (Junior), Laser Technician, Cosmetic Nurse RPN, Aesthetic Practitioner, Medical Spa Nurse Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per year Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Work Location: In person
