Join our growing team where everyone belongs Position Details What You Will Do Responsible for achieving operational goals, while adhering to client service standards and being compliant with company and industry regulatory standards. Recommend and implement business process improvements to manage underwriting support workload. Manage daily workflow distribution and produce status reporting. Manage and develop Underwriting Associates to ensure that they are meeting or exceeding performance expectations for key performance indicators Builds strong customer relationships with Brokers Ensure compliance with Echelon''s underwriting rules, guidelines and policies Responsible for implementing new policies and procedures and comply with all existing policies and procedures. Act as the technical resource to handle issues as they arise with respect to new business data entry, endorsements, renewals, systems etc. Maintains a high level of knowledge of required products.
