Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Before and After School Program Staff with Level 2 or 3 to support educational initiatives and foster a positive learning environment for children. This role involves working directly with students in various learning settings, helping to implement engaging educational activities, and providing mentorship. Ideal candidates are passionate about early childhood education and enjoy working with children to promote their academic and social development. Responsibilities Assist in delivering educational programs and activities tailored to different age groups Supporting well-being of children with challenging behaviours (eg. ADHD, Autism Spectrum etc.) Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all children Help organize and facilitate group activities, games, and learning exercises Monitor student behavior and ensure adherence to safety guidelines Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents regarding student progress and needs Support the setup and cleanup of classroom materials and learning spaces Skills Experience with children, including early childhood education Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students and team members Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude toward fostering student growth Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Passion for education and helping children succeed This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students'' journeys while developing valuable skills in teaching and program coordination.
