Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Immigration Lawyer to join our legal team. This role involves providing legal counsel to clients navigating immigration processes, preparing documentation, and representing clients in legal proceedings. Responsibilities Advise clients on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and successful case outcomes Conduct detailed legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to stay updated on current laws and precedents Draft and review legal documents, petitions, applications, and correspondence with clarity and accuracy Negotiate on behalf of clients with government agencies, courts, or other parties involved in immigration cases Prepare clients for interviews, hearings, and court appearances by providing thorough guidance and support Maintain detailed case files and documentation in accordance with legal standards and confidentiality requirements Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and policies that may impact client cases Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure high-quality legal representation Skills Proficiency with LexisNexis or similar legal research tools for effective case analysis Strong negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients'' interests Bilingual in English and Farsi, with full professional proficiency in both spoken and written communication Excellent research abilities to interpret complex legal issues quickly and accurately Superior writing skills for drafting clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents Expertise in legal drafting tailored specifically to immigration law requirements Ability to analyze case facts critically and develop strategic solutions Strong communication skills for client interaction and courtroom presentations Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all legal documentation This position is integral to our mission of providing expert immigration legal services.
