Role Description: This is a full-time, in-person position based in North York, ON. The Sales & Marketing Assistant will support sales initiatives, conduct outbound/inbound calls, perform market research, and assist in managing the company''s digital presence and marketing campaigns. Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct outbound (cold) calls and follow up on inbound inquiries to drive sales growth. Perform market research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform sales strategies. Assist in creating and managing content for social media and marketing materials. Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and monitor their effectiveness. Manage client data and activities using CRM software. Collaborate with the internal team to execute marketing strategies and improve customer engagement. Qualifications: Strong communication skills and a confident, extroverted personality for client interactions. Proven experience in sales and marketing processes. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software. Ability to create engaging outreach content (Social Media, Email Marketing). Strong Asset: Knowledge of or interest in the construction industry and building materials.
