Manager, HR Business Partner (Canada)Location: Saskatoon, SKWere looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to lead HR operations across Canada. In this role, youll be the primary Canadian HR contact, providing guidance on employee relations, talent management, and compliance while aligning with global People & Culture practices. Youll partner closely with U.S. HR leadership and the Saskatoon HRBP to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience.What Youll DoLead HR partnership for Canadian teams, advising leaders on performance, employee relations, and organizational needs.Manage investigations, conflict resolution, terminations, and compliance with Canadian employment standards.Support hiring, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.Ensure adherence to employment legislation and support policy updates, audits, and data accuracy.Collaborate with U.S. and Canadian HR partners to deliver aligned programs and processes.What You BringBachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP responsibilities.Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law across provinces.Experience supporting technical, operational, or multi-site environments (preferred).CPHR designation is an asset.Key SkillsStrong relationship-building and coaching abilitiesHigh integrity, adaptable, and action-orientedProficient in HRIS and MS OfficeSkilled in workplace investigations and compliance management
