If youre looking to do work that matters - where your ideas are valued, your growth is supported, and your impact is real - youve come to the right place.Position Description:We currently have an exciting role for a straight vac truck or combo vac out of our Nisku location.Position Responsibilities:Safely operate and drive a straight vac and/or combo vacPerform pre-trip inspection of vehicle systems and equipment such as tires, lights, and breaks, troubleshoot issues and equipment, including preventative maintenance.Provide clear and concise instruction to swampersReport to dispatched jobs as instructedPlan your trip according to the weather conditions.Follow safety policies and procedures for transporting materials.Maintain Logbooks, timesheets, and work orders according to rules and regulations.Must work well with othersMaintain good attendance and punctualitySubmit all daily documentation in a timely mannerTake all steps necessary and within reason, for customer satisfaction and retentionContribute to the continuous improvement of department operations by suggesting and or implementing procedural improvementsAdditional duties may be requiredQualificationsMinimum Class 3 LicenseModerate heavy lifting and/or other strenuous activitiesH2S Alive and First Aid would bve considered an assetMust be able to pass pre-employment D&A testingMust be able to work out of town when neededMust have flexible hours for weekends2 - 5 years Truck driving experienceClean drivers abstractPerformance evaluations will be conducted on an as required basis.Quarterly bonuses will be based on Safety Performance.Excellent customer service skillsPreferred Experience:Truck driving in all weather conditions (3 years)Straight vac, vac truck or combo vac Experince (Minimum 2 year)What We OfferCompetitive Hourly WagesCompany sponsored benefitsTraining on additional equipmentDPSP/RRSP contributionsA dynamic Canadian owned company with impressive growth potentialThis is more than a job - its your opportunity to be part of something bigger.
