Arriscraft Canada Brick is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Ontario and Quebec markets. The successful candidate will support sales representatives and dealers through order management, customer service, and system administration.Key Responsibilities:Data Entry in SAP Computer System (top responsibility)Provide Support to Sales Reps and dealers in both the Ontario and Quebec MarketsMaintain special pricing contracts in system.Check availability for products for both dealers and Sales RepsUpdate orders on a regular basisRespond to customers and sales Rep inquiries via telephone and electronic email.Back up for English sales team and customer service departmentReserve orders as brick is available from Production.Work closely with Production Manager to ensure special production requests are met.Work closely with Sales Admin to ensure pricing and contracts are updated.Assist with French TranslationsQualifications:Bilingual in French is required.2-5 years customer service experience; inside sales experienceExperience with SAP is a definite asset.Must be a self-starter who possesses excellent PC skills.Strong communication Skills, including both written and verbal communications.Ability and willingness to learn.Self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team player.What We Offer:Extensive Heath Benefits after 3 monthsCompany RRSP matching after 1 year.Opportunity to advance your career.Ongoing product and professional development trainingSalary Range: $50,000 -$55,000.
