Their unique ability to provide truly meaningful services to our clients is largely derived from the partnerships that we foster with them.Requirements:10+ years experience in Contract AdministrationProficiency in Revit, BIM 360, BIM Docs, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel and WordDegree or diploma from an accredited institution in ArchitectureFully versed in the Ontario, or B.C Building Code and have experience with large-scale institutional buildingsExcellent communication skills, written and verbalStrong analytical/ problem solving skillsStrong knowledge of building technology/ assemblies, construction methodology, materials application, and interpretation of manufacturers' requirements.Able to assemble construction drawing revisions with minimal supervision including site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall sections, details, schedules etc.Ability to coordinate with Contractor, Consultants, Client and Authorities having JurisdictionHighly organized with the ability to manage time, deadlines and deliverablesSelf-motivated individual capable of assuming increasing responsibility for both current and future projects and who is interested in growing with the firmPlease apply with a copy of your most recent C.V / resume. #J-18808-Ljbffr
