Position Summary Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital is seeking to hire a permanent part time Clinical Practice Educator, located in Trail B.C. Shift Times: Rotating from 08:00 to 16:00. The CPE applies nursing theory, advanced knowledge and leadership concepts in providing clinical guidance and resource support to staff. The CPE assists the Manager in establishing and maintaining standards of care and in providing and participating in continuous quality improvement environment. Qualfications Education, Training and Experience Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). Three years recent related nursing experience in the designated clinical area of focus/specialty, including two years formal experience in areas such as adult teaching and learning, clinical mentoring and preceptoring, clinical instruction, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
