This full-time position is to replace a departing dentist in a well-established, family-oriented clinic with a loyal patient base and a supportive team. About The Practice 5 fully equipped operatories Paperless office using Power Practice software Emphasis on patient comfort and care our goal is to provide exceptional dental treatment in a welcoming, relaxed environment Full-scope general dentistry including extractions, root canals, implants, Invisalign, and oral/nitrous sedation What We Offer Full-time hours (45 days per week) 40% compensation Established patient base step into a fully booked schedule Supportive, experienced clinical and administrative team Collaborative work environment with opportunities for mentorship and growth Requirements Graduate of an accredited DDS/DMD program or successful completion of the NDEB Equivalency Process Licensed and in good standing with the College of Dental Surgeons of BC (CDSBC) Valid CPR certification Proficient And Confident In Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (no new graduates) Extractions Root canal therapy Implants Invisalign Oral sedation and nitrous oxide license Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent patient care Come be part of a warm, collaborative team in one of Vancouver Islands most scenic communities.
