This role focuses on balance sheet accuracy, clean reconciliations, and wellorganized working papers. The role ensures all accounts are complete, accurate, and supported before yearend reporting. Key Duties and Responsibilities Reconcile all balance sheet accounts, including: Cash Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Security Deposits Loans Equity Review revenue and expenses to confirm correct cutoff Identify and correct prioryear errors, where required Review and process bad debt writeoffs, if applicable Review fixed asset listings and depreciation schedules Confirm and reconcile intercompany balances Prepare and post journal entries Prepare complete yearend working papers using Excel Complete other accounting tasks assigned by the Manager Skills and Experience Accounting diploma or degree Intermediatelevel accounting experience Prior yearend close or audit support experience Strong Excel skills Strong attention to detail and organization Able to work independently in a deadlinedriven environment Working Relationships Reports to the Corporate Controller Works closely with the Finance and Accounting team Job benefits Salary Range: Referral bonus program.
