In this role, youll build and complete regional business plans, deliver engaging merchandise training, and act as the subject matter expert on store layout, design, fixtures, and overall merchandise flow. Youll analyze sales data to guide improvements, support new store openings and renovations, and ensure consistent, inspiring customer experiences across the Region.
