We are seeking an Educational Assistant for the Youbou area for the 2025-2026 school year providing inhome support (Mondays & Tuesdays 9:00 am - 3:00 pm). Summary of Position: As the EA, you will carry out preplanned lessons and lifeskills activities for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. You will support therapy followup, engage students in home learning and virtual programming and collaborate with therapists, teachers, parents and the Inclusive Education Coordinator. A portion of the program takes place in an outdoor education setting. Responsibilities Implement lesson plans and lifeskills activities tailored to student needs. Assist with therapy followup and track progress. Engage students in home learning and virtual programming. Collaborate with therapists, teachers, parents and team members. Support outdoor education sessions as required. Qualifications, Experience, Credentials and/Or Skills and Abilities Experience and/or EA certification is highly valued; strong interest, related experience or relevant training is also welcome. Background in special needs or experience with schoolaged children is advantageous. Christian values, empathy, flexibility, creativity, patience, and enthusiasm. First Aid with CPR LevelC and AED required.
