WHAT YOULL DO Daily management of staff; delegate tasks, assess and manage training requirements, manage personnel time and attendance, and performance management Immediately and directly engage with personnel when an AOG occurs to resolve issue as quickly as possible Plan, direct and manage maintenance tasks and checks for the Citation fleet, including but not limited to manpower, tooling, and parts budgeting Ensure documents, logs and records are maintained Participating in planning meetings Other responsibilities as applicable WHAT WE HAVE Competitive compensation packages, based on experience A diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace Comprehensive Health & Retirement benefits A fun, challenging and rewarding work environment Although preferred, there is no need to relocate WHAT YOU HAVE 3-5 years of Fleet Management and planning 5+ years maintenance experience on Citation 550 or 560 models Current Transport Canada AME M license or valid FAA A&P license A valid passport Familiarity with CAMP (Computerized Aircraft Maintenance Program) is a plus Interested in joining us?
