About the job Billing Specialist / Invoicing ClerkLinxus Group has partnered with a top employer in Calgary. We are looking for an intermediate to senior invoicing clerk to take on an in-office position in Calgary. This role processes high volumes of invoices weekly. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience and be proficient with using QuickBooks and Excel.ResponsibilitiesCompile, draft and process a high volume of manual invoices weekly and semi-monthlyProvide accurate invoicing, billing submittal and AFE tracking of client invoicesProvide accurate and timely processing and payment of consultants' invoice(s)Ensure invoices match provided backup documentation and approved client rate schedules / AFEsProcess contractors' invoices into QuickBooksEnter invoices into the client's vendor management system (Cortex, Fieldglass, SAP)Process payroll for contractors invoices when dueProcess direct deposit as well as cheque paymentsVerify discrepancies and resolve client billing issuesReconcile internal accounts receivable reportsResponsible for collections and contacting clients on overdue billsTrack POs and manage client reports as requiredYou will also be required to provide additional office & administrative support as needed.Please apply online or email your resume to: #J-18808-Ljbffr
