In this position, you will serve the City Wide Facility Solutions Vancouver, one of over 100 locations across Canada and the United States.What you will doFind and research businesses that would benefit from City Wide's servicesMake a combination of 80-100 sales calls and emails per day to prospective clientsSchedule qualified appointments for City Wide's outside sales teamManage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database (Microsoft Dynamics), including scheduled calls, updated client records, notes from each call, and appointments setPrepare accurate reports on a weekly or monthly basis as defined by managementAchieve or exceed monthly activity and lead generation metrics to achieve revenue targets as set by managementSend all City Wide information requested by prospects along with thank you notes and follow-up letters whenever appropriateManage monthly email campaigns using our platformTraining program and potential career progression into outside salesRequirementsHigh school diploma, college degree preferred but not necessary1-2 years B2B outbound call center or equivalent experience prospecting and/or cold calling highly desirableHighly organized, able to follow a systematic method and sales processCustomer service-oriented and highly effective communication skillsDetail oriented and able to work independentlyProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Prior experience using CRM systemsBenefitsCity Wide Facility Solutions offers competitive compensation: $20 per hour + commission based on results, 39 hours per week.This role offers a clear path for advancement, with the potential to be promoted to positions such as Sales Associate or Sales Executive based on performance and demonstrated skills.
