Casual Employees are not guaranteed hours of work and can range from 0-37.5 hours per week on an as-needed basis. Shifts of work will be rotating days and nights from 07:00 to 19:00 and 19:00 to 07:00 About this Location Penticton Regional Hospital serves a large geographical area stretching from Summerland to Osoyoos and across to Princeton. We have an active Perinatal Committee that works hard to ensure excellent standards of care. We are a Regional Hospital that delivers 500-600 babies per year. Our unit is comprised of 4 delivery rooms, 7 postpartum beds and 5 female med-surg beds. We are a unit of RNs and LPNs with great team spirit. We work closely with all our maternity care providers including Obstetricians, Pediatricians, Family Physicians and Midwives. We are into year 7 of the moreOb program and are currently participating in a National Quality Improvement Collaborative that will ensure Baby Friendly Designation by 2021.
