The incumbent provides program and clinical consultation and coordination, evaluation of clinical interventions, formal supervisory (clinical/ professional and/or administrative) relationship with other employees, coordinate and preceptor students in formal clinical practicum, and provides professional and public education regarding mental health and addiction issues and resources. As a senior practitioner, acts as a resource for other professionals for mental health and addiction in the community. Human Resources Exemption: No Education PhD in Clinical Psychology Experience Three years (post-doctorate) recognized experience in working within community mental health and addiction services. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of a variety of mental health disorders and addiction and harm reduction strategies required to enable clients to sustain stability. Knowledge of and ability to select, administer, and interpret a comprehensive range of psychological tests; ability to utilize computerized assessment and interpretation software packages.
