Recently, they have expanded operations across Canada and the US.About the OpportunityYoull assist with full project delivery, coordinating internal and external teams, tracking RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedules, assisting with procurement, and serving as a key liaison for clients and stakeholders.About the PositionAs a Travelling Project Coordinator, you will support construction projects from start to finish, for new builds ($10M$50M) of large-format retail stores, and mall/retail tenant improvements. This role requires strong technical knowledge, organization, and the ability to work independently while traveling.ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Manager and Superintendents with project execution across CanadaTrack RFIs, submittals, schedules, and change ordersCoordinate subtrades, procurement, and documentation from mobilization through closeoutProvide guidance and support to site teamsEnsure project adherence to specifications, regulatory requirements, and safety standardsMaintain strong communication with clients, consultants, trades, and internal teamsQualifications35 years experience supporting light industrial or commercial construction projects (e.g., retail store builds, distribution facilities, pre-engineered steel structures)Proven ability to assist with RFIs, submittals, schedules, and change order trackingExperience coordinating subtrades, procurement, and documentation from mobilization through closeoutStrong communicator comfortable working with field and head office teams remotelyOrganized, adaptable, and able to work with minimal supervision while travelingCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience and travel flexibility)Bonus: 5% annuallyLOA: 15% travel uplift added on top of base salaryVacation: 3 weeksAt Aplin together with our brands CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
