You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present results. Love your work.You will partner with consultants, actuaries and analysts to provide support on plan management and actuarial projects through: Performing renewal analysis and negotiation, financial analyses and budget projections, including developing pricing for alternative design features, creating employee contribution strategies, modelling plan design alternatives, and calculating reserves Completing actuarial work through assumption studies, claims analyses and supporting with post-retirement and post-employment valuations and accounting Analyzing and comparing vendor products, services, and contracts Designing, distributing, and evaluating qualitative and quantitative responses to surveys and RFPs Plan Management activities requiring coordination with our clients
