Pay Range Base pay: $17.60/hr $19.36/hr Job Description As a parttime Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and youre proud of it! Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what theyre looking for, with a 'friends first' mindset. (Whats the AEO Selling Model? Dont worry well teach you everything you need to know!) Show enthusiasm for AE & Aerie products; educate guests on product details and make suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Adapt flexibly between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while staying within company policy. Assist teammates be a team player and help get the job done. Act with integrity, following AEOs policies and procedures. Qualifications Love interacting with people. Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment. Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays when guests shop.
