Work setting Bakery Responsibilities Managing staff and assigning duties, determining merchandise and services to be sold, implementing price and credits policies, locating, selecting and procuring merchandise for resale, developing and implementing marketing strategies, planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses, determining staffing requirements, resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, recruiting, hiring and supervising staff and/or volunteers, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating daily operations.
