Position Summary This role oversees construction management, drives design innovation, manages corporate change initiatives, and ensures project completion while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget standards. What You'll Do Provide onsite construction management by collaborating with various business units, visiting sites as required, and ensuring construction quality matches design specifications. Observe construction activities, offer subjectmatter guidance, and address sitespecific issues. Guide senior leadership through project sites and ensure regulatory compliance. Issue construction change directives, initiate material reviews, and suspend work as necessary. Drive format and design innovation by identifying new prototypes, collaborating with internal and external teams, researching material technologies, and developing strategies that improve customer experience, reduce costs, and enhance return on investments. Lead largescale, crossfunctional strategies impacting financial and system processes, balancing resources to achieve design goals, and developing longterm strategic plans. Manage construction and engineering projects, develop and evaluate project schedules, ensure accurate and timely information for contractors, manage material procurement, support contract execution, request design changes, and ensure project documentation completion. Monitor and control project expenses, document corrections for future projects, and execute multiple business plans by identifying operational needs, developing business plans, and removing performance barriers. Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, promote company policies and values, and evaluate ongoing plans and initiatives to improve efficiency and costeffectiveness. May participate in community outreach events.
