Conduct internal audit activities that enhance risk management and controls to help the organization meet its business objectives. Consult with colleagues on business unit objectives and processes, including risks and controls. Develop and execute audit plan and program, defining steps needed to evaluate internal controls. Use professional judgment to conclude effectiveness of risk management. Report results to management. What were looking for Proven communicator who excels at building relationships. What youll need A degree in commerce and an accounting or audit designation plus five to seven years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Expertise with internal audit practices, theories and trends. Understanding of risk management practices. Knowledge of specialized audit software and tools.
