Crew briefing: Meet with the actual framers before they start each building. Not just the foreman the guys swinging hammers. Show them what you expect. Answer questions. No excuses later. Certification: Verify work meets the standard you set. Your sign-off unlocks payment. If it''s wrong, you say what''s wrong and how to fix it. 2-5 visits/month when we have framing going.
