Compensation Range: $20 to $25 per hour. This range is regarding base pay only and does not include benefits and potential bonuses. Overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographical location, skillset, education, and experience. The main responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to: Summary of responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greet customers, determine their needs, provide advice and friendly service Provide accurate information of parts availability, specifications and pricing Sales and Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders by phone, email or in person Inventory Management: Store and tracking inventory ensuring accuracy, monitoring inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment Coordinating with service team ensuring parts availability for service calls Payments and Returns: Assist with cash sales and handling of returns and exchanges Other tasks deemed necessary by management Skills: High school diploma Minimum of 3 years of experience in this role Proficiency in Suite office Knowledge of Business Central software (an asset) Product Knowledge: A general understanding of Industry (an asset) Proactive and autonomous
