We are current recruiting to fill a part time Member Services Representative vacancy in our Mount Forest branch. Click here for current branch hours. This position is regularly scheduled 3 days per week. Preference will be given to candidates who are flexible with their availability, as additional hours will be requested during vacation periods up to 4 or 5 days per week. Reporting to the Manager Member Services Team, this role requires a detailed and friendly service partner, who will serve and connect members with solutions that best fit their financial needs, enabling them to make peace with their money. Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with members, asking good questions and listening to understand their needs Deliver exemplary service to members in completing a variety of everyday financial transactions.
