This role involves everything from crafting new policies to supporting clients with inquiries. A strong understanding of marketing platforms is an asset. What You''ll Do Develop and implement creative sales strategies to convert leads into loyal clients Provide personalized policy options and accurate quotes tailored to client needs Review existing policies for accuracy and recommend enhancements Deliver outstanding customer service for billing, claims, and policy changes Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professionalism What We''re Looking For BC General Insurance Level 1/Level 2 License (mandatory) Minimum 2 years of Personal Lines Insurance experience Strong knowledge of insurance products Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively High attention to detail and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Certifications such as CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM are strong assets Language skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, Persian (Farsi), or Korean are considered a valuable asset If you excel at asking the right questions, presenting creative solutions, assessing risk, and negotiating effectively, this is an excellent opportunity to elevate your career with AMC Insurance.
