We are looking for a full time/part time Office administrator for our busy Automotive Retail store . Automotive Service Experience is an Asset. We will train the right candidate. Must haves are Positive attitude, customer service oriented, business sense, Clean Driver''s Licence and desire to learn and grow. If you have that in you, then drop in with your resume or call for an appointment . Salary and Benefits based on experience & skill level. We are open Monday to Friday 8-6pm, Saturday 8-4pm. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily operations and logistics: Including, but not limited to Supply Management, facilities oversight, and ensuring cleanliness. Bookkeeping & Finance: Managing petty cash, processing invoices (Accounts Payable/Receivable) Records Management: Creating and maintaining physical and digital filing systems. Computer Proficiency: Fast typing, knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ability to learn shop software. Customer Service: Answering phone calls, Greeting customers, making service orders and setting up appointments. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour Work Location: In person
