Job Overview We are seeking a Site Superintendent to lead the day-to day construction of a $23 million project in Southern Alberta. This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground role for a strong field leader who knows how to run a site, coordinate trades, and keep work moving safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for all on-site activities from mobilization through completion, ensuring the project is built safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of daily site operations Coordinate, schedule, and supervise all trades and subcontractors on site Lead daily site activities, sequencing, and trade coordination Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain and update schedules Ensure work is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and code Enforce safety policies and lead toolbox talks and safety meetings Coordinate inspections and quickly resolve deficiencies Maintain daily site reports, progress tracking, and deficincy lists Review drawings, and identify constructability or coordination issues before they impact the schedule Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and quality control Qualifications 5-10 years experience as a Site Superintendent or Site Supervisor Proven experience running large-scale projects ($15M+) Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methods, and best practices Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct trades and resolve issues on-site Valid driver''s license Safety certifications (CSTS, WHIMS, First Aid) are an asset This position offers an opportunity to lead impactful projects within a dynamic environment that values expertise, innovation, and professionalism.
