We are always looking for professional and talented people to join our team of experienced Architects, Interior Designers, Architectural Technologists and Contract Administrators. What you''ll be doing ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE / ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK Reporting to the Business Manager and working with the Accountant, you will work as a team to ensure the accuracy of the financial statements of GGA-Architecture. Your key responsibilities include: Assist with the Accounts Receivable cycle with distribution of monthly project invoices Complete bank deposits and follow up on outstanding AR accounts Assist with monthly invoicing Maintain sub-consultant Insurance documents by tracking them to ensure compliance with our insurance and contract requirements Enter project payables into Unanet Printing cheque runs for project payables Monthly reconciliation of credit card statements and enter the expenses into payables Setting up proposals in Unanet Administrative duties including filing, archiving, scanning and photocopying Perform all work in accordance with the company''s policies, legal requirement and Accounting best practices Other responsibilities and projects as assigned Qualities & Minimum Requirements: 1-3 years of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines Superior English written and verbal communication skills An ability to adapt to changing situations while working as a team Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel and Outlook, experience with Unanet AE would be an asset Able to quickly grasp new technology and concepts Maintain confidential information by adhering to legal and ethical standards These requirements are also subject to review by GGA management upon the 3-month probationary period What it''s like working at GGA-Architecture GGA''S CULTURE Working at GGA is more than a job.
