Urecoat is a commercial roofing and spray foam company based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Urecoat has built a strong reputation specializing in polyurethane spray foam systems for commercial flat roofing. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Field Supervisor to join our expanding team. Position Overview The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Urecoat''s quality standards. This role plays a key part in managing crews, coordinating project activities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Project & Site Management Manage activities throughout the full project life cycle, including scheduling, site coordination, meetings, documentation, and reporting Review project scopes and ensure work is completed according to contract requirements and specifications and Identify, communicate, and resolve project or contract-related issues in a timely manner Supervision & Leadership Supervise, lead, and support field crews on active job sites Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity and workmanship Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to crew members Safety & Compliance Promote and enforce safe work practices and procedures on all job sites Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable safety regulations Conduct or participate in daily safety meetings and job hazard assessments Client Relations Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, consultants, and other trades Act as a point of contact on-site and address questions or concerns as they arise Reporting & Documentation Complete required paperwork, including daily reports, safety documentation, and progress updates Communicate project status, delays, or issues to management clearly and accurately Working Conditions Ability to work long construction hours as required Comfortable working outdoors in varying Manitoba weather conditions Ability to travel to job sites as needed Qualifications Required Proven track record managing people and construction projects Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently Considered an Asset Previous experience with spray foam insulation and/or commercial flat roofing is highly regarded Knowledge of construction documentation and reporting processes Strong customer service and communication skills What We Offer Immediate full-time position (Monday to Friday, weekends as needed) Overtime pay Opportunity to join a stable, growing company with a strong industry reputation Competitive compensation based on experience Long-term career growth opportunities Company Cell Phone Comprehensive Benefits Package (Health, Dental, Vision, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 60 per week Education: Secondary School (preferred) Experience: commercial roofing: 5 years (preferred) project management: 5 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
