Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. Our office is open 4 days a week, Monday-Thursday, and we are looking for a full time position. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient education. Duties Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations, including scaling and polishing teeth. Assess patients'' oral health and document findings in the patient management system. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction. Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Experience Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry is essential. Experience with Dentrix software is highly desirable. Previous dental assisting experience is beneficial but not required. Strong customer service skills are essential for building rapport with patients and ensuring their comfort during visits.
