Date: January 12, 2026 Position Id# JS2910 Staffed Residence Overnight Posting: Full-Time Location: Lethbridge Start Date: ASAP Hours: Working a 4on 4 off rotation from Classification: CDSW Summary: This position supports 2 females and 1 male (in a suited home) with basic hygiene, home living skills such as cooking and cleaning, as well as community access and engagement. The successful candidate should be able to provide consistency and structure, while also providing empathy and patience. The successful candidate should be comfortable with tracheotomy supports (e.g. Humidification, oxygen, and puffers), have good time management skills, and attention to detail. Qualifications: Diploma in Disability Supports and/or related education preferred. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Experience providing personal care and behavioral supports required. A clear criminal record check including the vulnerable sector is required. Emergency First Aid/CPR, APRP, PBS, SIVA and Medication Administration certifications are required or must be obtained within 90 days, training provided through agency or provide your current certification. Reliable vehicle, class 5 driver''s license, clean drivers abstract, and $2,000,000 liability required. Experience with Outlook, Microsoft word, and computer use required.
