Successful candidates will be required to demonstrate a HIGH level proficiency operating both Order Pickers & Reach forklifts at the in person interview. This role supports our afternoon and end-of-day processes, helping ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Duties may include order picking, packing, staging, putaway, loading trucks, and general warehouse support as required. What You''ll Do Each Day: * Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack orders using reach trucks, stock pickers/order pickers, and other warehouse equipment. Verify shipments for accuracy and ensure products are securely packaged for delivery. Equipment Operation: Operate reach trucks, stock pickers/order pickers, sit-down counterbalance forklifts, and stand-on pallet riders safely and efficiently. Conduct routine equipment inspections to maintain optimal performance. Shipping, Receiving, and Dispatching: Assist with incoming shipments, unloading and verifying deliveries. Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and staging for dispatch. Support dispatching activities to help coordinate driver pickups and deliveries. Inventory Control: Scan, label, and track inventory accurately. Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain system integrity. Warehouse Organization: Keep your workspace clean, organized, and ready for high-volume operations. Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) processes for proper inventory rotation. Safety Leadership: Actively uphold KeyPak''s strong safety culture and contribute to a zero-incident environment. What You''ll Bring: Certification: Valid forklift licenses for reach truck and stock picker/order picker is required (additional certifications for counterbalance or pallet rider are a bonus). Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating reach trucks and stock pickers/order pickers in a warehouse or distribution environment. Skills and Attributes: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safe operating practices. Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift. Proactive team player with strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
