This role will design and maintain repeatable, scalable FP&A processes to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, exceptional Excel capabilities, and hands-on experience supporting consolidated and non-consolidated reporting for multi-entity organizations. This role requires the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data across multiple business entities. Proactively develop and deliver board-level and executive reporting packages that provide clear insights into performance, trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reporting, including variance analysis against budget and forecast. Support enterprise-level budgeting and rolling forecasting processes across the corporate group. Process, Systems & Scalability Design, implement, and continuously improve repeatable FP&A processes and reporting frameworks. Establish standardized data collection, reporting cadence, and financial governance across entities. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of corporate financial information. Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership to align reporting outputs with strategic objectives. Strategic & Executive Support Act as a trusted financial advisor to executive leadership, providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Perform ad-hoc financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluations as required. Support long-range planning and enterprise performance management initiatives. All other duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex financial models, pivot tables, and data analysis. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting best practices with experience preparing executive-level or board-level reports. Proven ability to work as a individual contributor or in a team dynamic with minimal oversight. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate multiple data sets and translate them into actionable, analytical insights. Excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare board-level presentations for business review with a strategic mindset. Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially with documentation and regulatory compliance. Preferred Attributes: Experience supporting privately held, multi-entity organizations. Hands-on experience with both consolidated and non-consolidated financial reporting. Exposure to automotive, retail, dealership, or investment-based operating environments.
