This role blends hands-on work, people interactions, and on-site coordination perfect for someone eager to grow into a leadership role in construction. Core Responsibilities Project Management & Site Support Help coordinate and facilitate daily on-site activities Assist with task assignments and monitor performance of trades Help maintain site cleanliness and organization throughout each project Safety & Compliance Support enforcement of company and regulatory safety standards Assist with hazard assessments and safety inspections Ensure PPE compliance and report any concerns, incidents, or injuries Materials & Equipment Management Move and stage materials as directed Ensure equipment and tools are available and maintained Communication & Coordination Act as a point of contact among Site Supervisors, trades, clients, and subcontractors Provide feedback regarding quality, progress, or site issues Work collaboratively with all site supervisors as required Reporting & Administration Complete daily site reports and progress updates Document work with photos, notes, and descriptions Maintain company vehicle cleanliness, inspections, and report issues Quality Control Ensure all work meets Pinnacle''s high standards and design specifications Protect the integrity of every project by flagging deficiencies early What We''re Looking For Experience in construction with an understanding of processes, safety protocols and regulations Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans Strong communication and interpersonal skills Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail Comfort using technology for timekeeping, reporting, and documentation A teachable, coachable attitude and a commitment to delivering quality work Ready to Be Part of the Story?
