We''re hiring in Toronto Ember Wellness is looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to join our team full-time at our Toronto HQ. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and understands that fulfillment is a key part of the customer experience. You''ll be packing and shipping orders with care, supporting customer service needs, and helping ensure every Ember order arrives beautifully and on time. What you''ll be doing: Packing and shipping daily e-commerce orders Assembling PR, influencer, and wholesale shipments Supporting customer service requests related to orders Keeping the fulfillment space organized and efficient Assisting with inventory management and restocking Assisting with customer walk-ins and in-store pick up''s Building product packaging This role might be for you if you: Are detail-oriented, reliable, and organized Enjoy physical, hands-on work Take pride in presentation and process Are based in Toronto and able to work on-site Have good communication skills Are fluent in English (reading and writing) Pay attention to detail Are highly organized Can multitask in a calm yet fast-paced environment Have experience or interest in customer service Have experience in D2C and/or B2B fulfillment Experience with Shopify POS system is a bonus Time: Full-time, MondayFriday Location: Swansea neighbourhood in West Toronto (near transit, free parking) Interested?
