Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Photographer Assistant to support our professional photo projects. The ideal candidate will work alongside our photography team during guided photoshoots, assisting with equipment setup, lighting adjustments, pose direction, and capturing diverse imagery for Machine Learning training datasets. You will help ensure models feel comfortable and confident while maintaining the highest production standards. Administrative responsibilities will include coordinating model releases and documentation. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with photographers and models Prior photography or studio assistant experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are equally valued Professional attitude and punctuality Must be 18+ Basic understanding of camera equipment and studio lighting (or willingness to learn) No professional experience necessary.
