This is a casual, part time position and will focus on shifts scheduled on weekdays between 8-4. There is no minimum guaranteed number of hours for this casual position, but it may lead to more consistent work for the right person. About us Queendom Cleaning Ltd. Is a residential and commercial cleaning service based in Spruce Grove. We serve Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Parkland County, Acheson, and a little bit of Edmonton. We have an extensive training program and our on-boarding is all done online from the comfort of your home. Staff are enrolled in our Safety Program, WHIMS, and workplace violence and harassment training. The Job: We are looking for one new team member to work in Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Parkland County, Acheson, and occasionally (but rarely) Edmonton. We are offering a casual part time position for 2-5 half days or full days (3-8 hours per day) per week. This is a great fit for someone looking for some extra income or time out of the house, but not requiring a full time income. The days and hours will vary week to week, which requires availability and flexibility. ****We require candidates to be available during the week from 8-4, although shifts will not always start at 8 and end at 4. REQUIREMENTS: 1. You should be available weekdays 8-4 2. Experience is not necessary - be ready to learn and improve with us and have a good attitude 3. You need a car - your own insured, reliable car for which you will be paid mileage (see Compensation) 4. Smart phone on a data plan with location tracking for shift times- see compensation 5. Comfortable working alone and with others and talking to clients, and comfortable with all pets, especially dogs. 6. Be physically fit - lift up to 40 lbs, squat, twist, carry, kneel... 7. Be reliable and consistent (see compensation) 8. Must be able to work in homes with pets including dogs, cats, and other pets. COMPENSATION 1. $18.00 per hour to start PLUS: 2. $2 per house allowance for using your own phone and washing cloths at home 4. $0.28/km for eligible mileage (between all houses, to and from any houses outside of Spruce/Stony, just not from your home to your first house if in town, or home from last house if in town).
