Our menu is designed to fuel fans and satisfy cravings from hearty classics to innovative creations prepared in a compact, high-functioning kitchen where focus, efficiency, and independence are essential. Our kitchen is small, and shifts are often run independently. You''ll be responsible for managing your station from prep to service, maintaining quality and consistency while keeping pace during busy periods. While primarily a kitchen focused role, a portion of each shift will include customer facing service and point of sale sales.
