Summary Join Brewster''s Mountain Lodge as a Housekeeping Room Attendant in Banff. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, contributing to our welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service. Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Handle laundry and linen services efficiently. Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms. Report maintenance issues and damages promptly. Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times. Assist with general cleaning duties in public areas. Ensure guest privacy and comfort are prioritized. Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding hospitality. Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles, preferably in hotels. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Previous hospitality experience is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods.
