Overnight Child & Youth Worker (CYW) Bright Path Youth Services Inc. Simcoe County / Barrie Area Part-Time | Relief | Casual Bright Path Youth Services Inc. is a residential care provider supporting children and youth ages 617. We are currently hiring Child & Youth Workers to join our growing team. What You''ll Do Provide overnight supervision in a residential group home Support evening and morning routines Implement individualized care and behaviour support plans Use trauma-informed and strength-based approaches Respond to crisis situations using approved de-escalation strategies Complete daily documentation and incident reports Work collaboratively with supervisors and the care team What We''re Looking For Diploma or degree in Child & Youth Care, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience working with children or youth in residential or community settings preferred Strong communication and boundary-setting skills Ability to work overnight / weekends, and holidays Valid First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain) Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation Training & Support In-house UMAB (Understanding & Managing Aggressive Behaviour) training provided Paid onboarding and orientation Ongoing supervision and support Why Work at Bright Path Supportive, hands-on leadership Team-based, respectful work environment Opportunities for growth as the organization expands Meaningful work making a real impact with youth Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour Work Location: In person
