Spier & Mackay seeking a Full-time/Part-time made-to-measure specialist to join our retail team. Primary Responsibilities (Includes but not limited to) Advise clients on style, fabric, fit, and current tailoring trends Assist clients through the entire MTM and MTO journey from initial consultation and measurements to final fittings Facilitate fitting sessions, assess alteration requirements, and accurately input measurement data into the system Follow up daily with production to ensure client orders are progressing on schedule Establish and maintain a consistent client call-back and follow-up process Ensure after-sales service and client satisfaction through regular check-ins Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted style advisor Use exceptional communication skills to deliver a warm, professional, and personalized experience Qualifications Experience in menswear, tailoring, or luxury retail preferred Strong understanding of fit, fabric, and garment construction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Confident taking precise body measurements and understanding alterations Passionate about menswear and client service Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Ability to commute/relocate: Mississauga, ON L5V 2Y1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: Menswear & Made To Measure: 2 years (required) Menswear Retail sales: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
