ICI Route Supervisor Location: 326 Clarence St., Brampton, ON Position Type: Permanent Full-Time Reporting To: Operations Manager Start Date: Immediately Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am until finish Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 per annum About Miller Waste Systems: Miller Waste Systems Inc. has been in operation since 1961. Summary: Miller Waste Systems is seeking an ICI Route Supervisor to oversee commercial waste collection. Responsibilities include ensuring timely service, safety compliance, dispatching, handling customer concerns, and leading a productive team. Candidates must have a DZ license, clean driving record, front-end and roll-off experience, and proficiency in TRUX and MS Office. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Occasional Saturday work and familiarity with Peel and Halton regions preferred. Responsibilities: In the position of ICI Route Supervisor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Must adhere to Miller Waste System safety protocols and must be familiar with occupational Health & Safety Act. Spill control, accident investigation with route cause analysis, dispatching, investigate all customer complaints, assist all CSR''s with daily collections challenges and road observations You will ensure the timely collection of commercial customers, provide excellent customer service, and work within the specifications of our service contract with the commercial and municipal customer base. The ability to demonstrate your leadership, build positive employee relations and develop a team spirit is critical to your success in this role. You will also be the primary line of communication and contact between our ICI customers and Miller Waste Systems and must be comfortable in dealing with all levels. The tracking of all KPI''s, completion of reports and the ability to hold employees accountable to complete their tasks in a safe and productive manner will be part of your daily assignments. Compliance with all Provincial and MWS health and safety policies and procedures is a must. Competencies & Qualifications: Successful candidates must possess a DZ licence and a clean driving record. Front end and roll off experience is preferred You may be required to fill in operating a commercial vehicle on ICI collections on an exceptional or emergency case. You must have excellent attendance and performance records, as well as proven team building skills. Interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are mandatory. Knowledge of TRUX, MS Word, Excel and Outlook are a requirement for this position. Must be available to work Saturdays when required.
