The Tea Garden is a new boutique caf, bakery, and tearoom opening soon on Main Street in Stouffville. We are hiring experienced Baristas / Caf All-Rounders to join our opening team. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso drinks, and tea Provide friendly, efficient customer service Assist with seating and table service during afternoon tea Operate POS systems and process payments accurately Assist with light food prep, cleaning, dishes, and restocking Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards Work efficiently during busy service periods Requirements: Minimum 1 year barista experience required Comfortable working both behind the bar and front of house Strong communication and multitasking skills Able to work early morning shifts Basic POS and cash-handling skills Latte art, tea service, or table service experience is an asset.
